Welcome to Advisors (“the Service”). By accessing or using this website, mobile site,
or any related services (collectively, “the Platform”),
you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Overview of the Service

Advisors provides a fun, creative experience where users complete daily emotional check-ins and receive
AI-generated motivational artwork, including personalized “movie poster”-style images.
Users may also create custom characters, share their generated content, and view advertisements
while content is being prepared.

The Service is intended for entertainment and personal enjoyment only.
It is not a mental health tool, therapy service, or professional advice provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use the Platform.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

To access the Platform, you must create an account and verify your email address.
You agree to:- Provide accurate information- Keep your login credentials secure- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

Users may purchase:
- Monthly subscription: $4/month for daily AI-generated content
- Custom character creation: One-time $4 fee

Payments are processed through third-party providers. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing with notice.

5. Advertiser Accounts

Advertisers may create ads using our AI-powered ad creation wizard.
- Ad creation fee: $20 per ad
- Ads run in rotation for one week
- Ads may appear alongside user-generated content, Google Ads, or other third-party ads

We reserve the right to reject ads that are inappropriate, misleading, harmful, or violate our policies.

6. User Content

Users may submit:
- Daily reflections
- Emotional check-ins
- Custom character prompts
- Shared AI-generated posters or advice

By submitting content, you grant Advisors a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display,
reproduce, and distribute your shared content within the Platform,
including in rotating streams or promotional displays.

You retain ownership of your original content.

You agree not to submit:
- Harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Personal health information
- Content you do not have rights t
